§ Problem. Inventory and customer quotes were tracked in spreadsheets across six regional offices. Sales reps had to phone other offices to check stock before quoting, and prices drifted between regions.

§ What we built. A centralised inventory and quotation web app with real-time stock across all offices, regional role-based access, and a quote builder that pulls live stock and pricing into PDF quotes.

§ Outcome. Quote turnaround dropped from ~2 days to under 1 hour. All six offices now see the same stock levels in one screen.

We used to lose deals waiting for stock confirmations across offices. Now a rep in KL can quote from Singapore inventory in minutes.

§ Problem. Custom copper-nickel pipe orders ran 8–16 weeks through multiple production stages. QA documents and certification papers lived in email threads and shared folders; assembling a cert pack for a client took days.

§ What we built. A project and QA tracking system covering raw material → production → inspection → certification, with client-specific document packs auto-generated at each milestone and a client-facing order status view.

§ Outcome. Certification document assembly dropped from ~2 days to 30 minutes. Global clients now check order status and download cert docs on demand.

Our certification turnaround used to be our biggest bottleneck with international clients. Not anymore.

§ Problem. Shopify handled basic e-commerce but couldn't accept prescription data, match frames to lens options, or route orders to the right lens lab. Staff re-typed prescriptions from emails into lab forms.

§ What we built. A custom storefront layer on top of Shopify with prescription entry, a lens configurator, and automated order routing to lab partners.

§ Outcome. Order-to-fulfilment handoff fully automated — prescription re-typing eliminated, lab dispatch time cut by ~70%.

We stopped losing orders to manual re-entry. Our customers get a smoother checkout and we ship faster.
